                                            Managing Partner



Martin is the founder and managing partner of the Enform Group.  For over twenty years, Martin has led venture backed start ups, private and public companies.  He has led through periods of hyper growth, transformation and acquisition.  He has worked for both manufacturers and channel organizations.


Martin began is career at IBM, where he was a top sales professional.  He joined channel company XL/Datacomp and helped grow the company to over $500M in revenue as a Regional Sales Manager.


​Next he joined venture backed Avid Technology where he held multiple leadership positions while growing the Western region, which included the entertainment business, from $3M to $65M in six years.  


Next followed venture backed opportunities and positions in content management and distribution where Vann was instrumental in securing venture funding and closing initial opportunities. 


Martin then joined Autodesk and over the next six years held multiple executive positions within the Media and Entertainment division of Autodesk including General Manager and Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Services.  During this time, revenue more than doubled from $110M to $250M while the division increased its profitability.



Martin returned to Avid in 2008 to become the company's first World Wide Sales Leader across all divisions including Audio, Video and Professional Services.  Martin turned around the sales environment, developed new compensation plans, revamped the channel and  for the first time, led the company to year over year growth in audio, video and services for the first time in five years.


Martin returned to the channel side of business and in 2011 and as CEO and head of sales, helped to grow a small technology reseller 46% in three years as they expanded into new markets and services.


Within the media, broadcast and entertainment markets, Martin has established business relationships with clients across the globe as well as technology  providers, manufacturers and service organizations.  He can literally open almost any door and help organizations meet C level executives, operational leaders and key decision makers.
